Sabuko – Society for Nature Conservation, a non-governmental, non-commercial organization. We are a local partner of Birdlife International, which has been working since 2014 to protect the wildlife and habitats of Georgia.

Since 2020, Sabuko has been implementing the project -Joint Monitoring for Environmental Protection in BSB countries.  Project Number: BSB-884- https://bsbecomonitoring.net/

4 countries are participating in the project: Bulgaria, Romania, Georgia and Armenia.

Meetings are planned within the project for the representatives of the countries  involved in the project in Tbilisi and Poti.

Sabuko is announcing a tender for the provision of services for Management team meetings and Research team Workshop.

The date of arrival of the representatives of the partner countries in Georgia are: 07.08. 2022; departure: 11.08.2022

Meeting dates are:

8.08.2022 – Meeting in Tbilisi

9.08.2022 – Meeting in Tbilisi

10.08.2022 – Working visit to Poti

Requirements and needs for the meetings scheduled for August 8-9  in Tbilisi:

• Conference space;
• Sound system with microphones, translator booth and headphones, presentation equipment;
• Stationery materials;
• Morning coffee; Coffee break; Lunch.

Transportation:

• Transportation of 21 participants from the airport to the Tbilisi hotel (arrival times will be different);
• Transportation of participants from the hotel to the conference space;
• Transportation of participants from the conference space to Poti by at least 5 minivans or 3 minibusses, with proper cooling system.

For a working visit to Poti:

• Conference space;
• Sound system with microphones, translator booth and headphones, presentation equipment;
• Breakfast; coffee break; lunch;
• Boat Tours of participants in Kolkheti National Park (Paliastomi Lake; Phichori).

Other services:

• Translator services;
• Photographer services;
• Preparation and printing of promotional materials
